Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we have implemented service changes to promote the health and safety of our employees while maintaining customer service for our valued patrons.

  • - For the status of centers to assist walk-in patrons, please see here.
  • - Telephone customer service hours are 7am-7pm.

*Please note, you may experience longer than normal wait times and we apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding as we continue to work to serve all of our patrons*

  • - Website and automated phone system continue to be available 24/7
    To make it easier to get an E-ZPass, the minimum opening account balance has been temporarily reduced to $20.00 per transponder (from $35.00) for online and phone applications

On-the-Go transponders are also available at our retail partners for $35.00 in pre-funded tolls - Click here for our retail partners locations.

E-ZPass Virginia enables contributions to DRIVE SMART Virginia Education Fund (2/5/2019)

Virginia E-ZPass customers can now make a one-time or recurring donation to DRIVE SMART Virginia Education Fund right from within their E-ZPass account. Recurring donations are made every time the account automatically replenishes.

DRIVE SMART Virginia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising traffic safety awareness among all road users in order to save lives and reduce injuries on the roadways of Virginia.
