Once you have your account number and PIN (the four-digit number you gave us when you opened your account), you can make a payment, request an application, report your E-ZPass lost or stolen, along with many other account-related activities. If you are using this system for the first time and have not set up your PIN yet, your PIN has been pre-selected as the last four digits of the driver's license number that you registered on your account.
