I-95 Express Lanes Expands

The 10-mile 95 Express Lanes Fredericksburg Extension (Fred Ex) mainline between Garrisonville Road and Route 17 will open southbound at 10pm on 8/17 in partnership with Transurban and The Virginia Department of Transportation.

The Lanes will be ready for northbound traffic on 8/18 per the normal summer reversal schedule.

Remaining access points to open late 2023.
