Incentive/Loyalty and Discount Program Information

Incentive/Loyalty and discount programs are offered by some of the toll roads in Virginia. Joining one of these programs may save you money, in some cases, when frequently using a given toll road. The following links will take you to the web sites of the toll roads in Virginia that currently offer an incentive or a discount. On these sites, you will find information on how to enroll in the programs and any costs related with the membership. Neither VDOT nor E-ZPass administers these programs so you must follow the links provided on these web sites in order to enroll.

Coleman Bridge Discount Program
Cost : No membership fee. You will be assessed a lower toll simply by paying your toll with a vaild E-ZPass transponder.
Dulles Greenway Discount Program
Cost : No membership fee. However, a minimum toll road usage is required to receive any benefit.
Savings : The cash back rewards start at 5% if you meet the minimum usage requirement of 180 tolls in a 12 month time frame.
Chesapeake Expressway Discount Program
Cost : $3.33 p/mo. for a 2 axle vehicle. Multi-axle vehicles subject to additional fees.
