Far left lane in each direction. Look for the E-ZPass Only signs.

Wide Load Lanes:
Wide Load Lanes are located in the far right hand lanes at the Main Plaza. Loads are restricted to 16' in height. 16' in width.

Auxiliary Plazas:
To accommodate heavier volumes of traffic for summer weekends, the Expressway provides 3 additional cash lanes in each direction.

E-ZPass customers must enroll directly with the Chesapeake Expressway Discount Program by calling 757-204-0010.

Roadway Rules:
|
- No stopping or backing up in the E-ZPass Only lane.
- E-ZPass must be properly mounted on the windshield per E-ZPass Mounting Instructions and Customer Agreement. Violations resulting from E-ZPass Tags that are not mounted are subject to Administration Fees. Discount Members are subject to paying the full un-discounted toll.
- E-ZPass is not guaranteed to work on motorcycles, and will be charged the full fare.
