How to open an account and order an E-ZPass (for new customers)

There are several easy ways to apply for an E-ZPass account.

For Residents of Virginia including E-ZPass Flex customers:

• Pick up an E-ZPass On-the-Go transponder at one of our retail partners then register your transponder online or by calling the Service Center at the numbers below.
• Apply online (credit card required)
  Please select Personal Application or Commercial Application (For more information about personal or commercial accounts click here).
• Apply via mail or fax
  Please print and complete a Personal Application or a Commercial Application.
  Fax the application to 540-862-8849 (credit card required) or mail the application together with payment to:

• Apply by phone at 1-877-762-7824, or 1-800-828-1120 (for TTY users), 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding state and federal holidays (credit card required)
